Framework Laptop Chromebook Edition (12th Gen Intel Core)

If money isn’t a concern and you are in the market for an upgradeable and repairable Chromebook, then you may want to check out the Framework Laptop Chromebook Edition (12th Gen Intel Core).

Framework Laptop Chromebook Edition (12th Gen Intel Core)

Like the regular Framework Laptop, which has been announced to be powered by the latest 12th Gen Intel Core P-series processors back in May, the Framework Laptop Chromebook Edition is totally configurable too.

The laptop has four user-selectable Expansion slots which you can configure with 4 or more Expansion Cards with I/Os ranging from USB-C and USB-A ports to HDMI to card reader – the choice is yours. A 3.5mm combo headphone jack comes as standard, btw.

You may ask. How is it that it has 4 Expansion slots but you can configure it with more than 4 Expansion Cards? Well, it can accept 4 at any one time, so there is swapping of Expansion Cards involved if you have more than 4.
