On contrary to the product name, The Vinyl Table is not a table made of vinyl. It is a table/cabinet oozing with mid-century flair that is purposed designed for your favorite turntable. Designed and produced by Norwegian company HDRL, this loaded with 60s/70s vibe audio equipment furniture is crafted out of Valchromat and oak, and features a space for your turntable and a gorgeous tambour door that opens to reveal a space for stuff like an amplifier.
It also boasts an area for cable management, so the entire setup will look as super cool as the furniture without the cables marring the picture perfect setup. Next to the cabinet are low storage boxes that is good for around 200 vinyl records. The table measures 120 cm long, 45 cm deep, 20 cm thick and stands 75 cm tall (about 47 x 18 x 8/30 inches). It is made to order and it is customizable to your desire, but it is not known how far is the extend of customization.
If you want one, be prepared for a wait of between six and eight weeks for delivery, excluding shipping, and also, be prepared to drop at cool $1,855 for it. That, btw, is in USD. Well, you know say. “Good things don’t come cheap. Cheap things don’t come good.”
via bless this stuff.
