If there’s a side slogan for Razer, it would be For Productivity, By Gamers. Because, this is exactly what the new Razer line of productivity peripherals are about. Designed in collaboration with Humanscale, the new Razer Productivity Suite, as it is fancily called, included Razer Pro Click Mouse and Razer Pro Type Keyboard. For completionists, there is also a Razer Pro Glide mouse pad.
The Pro Click is blessed with Razer’s Advanced 5G Optical Sensor and boasts multi-host Bluetooth connectivity for up to 4 devices, an extended battery life of over 400 hours (!), durability for up to 50 million clicks, 8 programmable buttons and rounding up with an ergonomic form factor.
Meanwhile, the Pro Type is an ergonomic soft-touch coated mechanical keyboard that features razer orange mechanical switches, durability up to a whopping 80 million keystrokes, multi-host Bluetooth and Wireless connectivity for up to 4 devices, full programmable keys with macro recording, and super cool white LED backlit.
As for the Pro Glide, it is aesthetically design to match the white hue of the Pro Click and Pro Type, and boasts textured micro-weave cloth surface, thick, high-density foam backing, cushioned surface, and non-slip backing.
Humanscale x Razer Productivity Suite is available from Razer.com starting August 20th and authorized resellers starting August 27th. The Razer Pro Click sells for US$99.99 while the Razer Pro Type commands US$139.99. The mouse pad, on the other hand, costs a fairly modest US$9.99.
