There are LEGO extraordinaires who created their very own LEGO Middle-earth. Meanwhile, ordinary folks who do not possess such imagination/creativity can use their superpower, “money,” to buy LEGO sets to do the same. If you have been doing so, another piece of the “puzzle” from the LOTR lore has just dropped.

Folks, meet the LEGO Icons The Lord of the Rings: Minas Tirith (11377), the biggest LEGO Lord of the Rings set yet, forged from 8,278 pieces of LEGO elements.
Finally, you can set up a map of Middle-earth with Barad-dûr to the east, Orthanc to the northwest, and Rivendell further up north. So what about the terrains in between, like Mount Mindolluin, which Minas Tirith is carved into? Well, those are on you. Also, a room large enough for a LEGO-scale Middle-earth is necessary too.
Celebrating the 25th anniversary of The Lord of the Rings, this highly detailed brick-built White City of Minas Tirith boasts a hybrid microscale and minifigure-scale design. It has an expansive microscale cityscape with richly detailed minifigure-scale interior scenes. This means it looks great from afar as it does up close.
The set features towering architecture, layered walls, and key locations like the citadel and the throne room. But architecture without characters is all but without soul, and so LEGO has included 10 minifigures of key characters, including Gandalf the White, Faramir, Denethor, Peregrin Took, Aragorn as King Elessar, Arwen, and four Soldiers of Gondor, plus the legendary Shadowfax horse figure.
The minifigures are supplied with movie-themed accessories such as Gondor helmets, shields, and Aragorn’s crown.
If you are planning on buying it, you will need to start prepping the real estate because this set requires quite a lot of space. It measures a cool 62 cm (24.5 inches) wide, 37 cm (14.5 inches) deep, and towers at an impressive 59 cm (23.5 inches) tall.
The LEGO Icons The Lord of the Rings: Minas Tirith (11377) will be available for LEGO Insiders Early Access starting July 01, 2026, and will be offered to general buyers on July 04, 2026, for US$649.99.
Fans who purchase this set between July 01 to 07, 2026, will also receive the LEGO Icons The Lord of the Rings: Grond (40893) as a Gift with Purchase. Well, while stocks last, of course.
