LEGO Star Wars UCS The Mandalorian’s N-1 Starfighter display model with Grogu figure
LEGO expands its UCS Star Wars lineup with The Mandalorian’s chrome-finished N-1 Starfighter, arriving alongside May the 4th promotions including a Mandalorian and Grogu display set and a brick-built Darksaber. 🚀✨

Din Djarin’s modified N-1 Starfighter has always been one of those ships that looked like it belonged in a scrapyard five minutes before it became the coolest ride in the galaxy. Naturally, that also makes it perfect UCS material. Enter the new LEGO Star Wars The Mandalorian’s N-1 Starfighter (75442), which turns Mando’s hot-rodded Naboo classic into a display piece large enough to make your shelf reconsider its life choices.

How big? When completed, the 1,809-piece made-for-adult-fans-of-LEGO (AFOLs) set measures a massive 67 cm (26.5 inches) long, 39 cm (15.5 inches) wide, and 21 cm (8.5 inches) tall with the stand. Because it is a Naboo fighter, I assure you will not grasp the size. The perk is obvious: details and more details.

The finished model comes with The Mandalorian minifigure and Grogu figure, plus a display stand and information plaque, and can be positioned either side-on to show off its sleek profile or facing forward like it is about to buzz a TIE fighter at low altitude. It also makes full use of that signature chrome-silver finish, which finally gives UCS collectors something other than fifty shades of gray spacecraft to stare at.

As for timing, LEGO clearly knows what it is doing. The set launches May 1, 2026, in early access before a wider release on May 4, just in time to ride the momentum of The Mandalorian and Grogu hype cycle. Price lands at US$249.99, which feels about right for something that looks like it could outrun your wallet at sublight speed.

Now, the real temptation arrives in the promotions. Pick this up between May 1–6, 2026, and you also get the LEGO Star Wars The Mandalorian and Grogu Display (5010320) as a Gift with Purchase, which is basically Grogu politely convincing you that buying the starfighter was always the correct decision. Spend enough on LEGO Star Wars sets during the same window, and you can also score the LEGO Star Wars The Darksaber (40917) building set, because who doesn’t want another brick-built lightsaber hilt?

All told, this is one of those UCS releases that feels inevitable in hindsight. Mando gets a shiny starfighter, Grogu gets a seat that is definitely not up to safety regulations, and collectors get another reason to explain to their family why the shelf space situation has become… complicated.
