You’d think Smart would stop at TV? Nope. It has arrived to monitor too. That’s right. Smart monitor is a thing now, and the LG Smart Monitor Swing (32U889SA) is one such creature. It blurs the line between TV and monitor—and just to keep you guessing, it throws in a “revolutionary” flexible stand on wheels. Is it for work? Play? Watching cat videos while pretending to code? Yes.

The 32U889SA is LG’s latest attempt to make your desk setup feel both futuristic and oddly whimsical. It features a 32-inch UHD IPS touchscreen that can swing, tilt, rotate, and practically moonwalk into whatever position your workflow—or slouch—requires. Sit, stand, scroll, code, sketch, or binge—it’s all fair game. The stand adjusts to different heights and positions, while the square base keeps it from toppling over during your more enthusiastic touch interactions.
Thanks to built-in webOS, you can access streaming apps, productivity tools, and even control your smart home—all without plugging in a PC. It even packs stereo speakers, a full set of ports including USB-C with 65W charging, and the ability to remotely access your actual computer. So, in theory, you could work from bed without ever opening your laptop. Dangerous.
The LG Smart Monitor Swing (32U889SA) is now available for pre-order at LG.com for US$1,299.99.
