The latest rage in the world of anime outside of Japan is possibly the Chainsaw Man. If you are a fan, you are going to love the Japanese toymaker Good Smile Company Chainsaw Man Action Figure. The figure is based on Denji who is the titular Chainsaw Man.
Denji is literally a man who has chainsaws for arms and hands, and head – a result after he made a contract to fuse part of his body with that of a dog-like devil called Pochita. Denji is a superhero unlike any. He is also a member of the Public Safety Devil Hunters, a government agency dedicated to fighting devils.
The Chainsaw Man figure lets you display and play Denji as himself with a regular human head and arms and hands, as well as in his Chainsaw Man form. One of the highlights of this action figure is the use of flexible plastic in some areas to allow for the correction proportion without losing the posability.
The figure is supplied with three human face plates, including a grinning face, an open mouth face, and a tongue sticking out face. The transformed head part features an articulated jaw and interchangeable tongue part to recreate the Venom-like tongue sticking out look. Man, what is it with this guy?
Keep putting his tongue out there. Also included Denji’s axe, Denji’s buddy Pochita, three pairs of interchangeable hands, and a right hand with the chainsaw starter cord.
The figure comes with an articulated Figma stand to allow for even more poses. The figure is 150 mm (5.9 inches) tall.
The Good Smile Company Chainsaw Man Action Figure is presented by Max Factory as part of its Figma line and it is available to order from the Good Smile Company US website for US$87.99 and Good Smile Company Japanese website for 13,800 yen.
