If you simply hate bezels on a smartphone, then you will want to check out the new Meizu 21 Series smartphone. The new Meizu 21 series is rocking a 1.74 mm bezel all around which is quite a sight to behold. Meizu claims that it is the thinnest bezel on the market.
And if you are into that, you will want to check out the white color version, called Meizu White, which like 18X allows the barely there bezel pops.
The Meizu 21 is a beautiful device that borrows the minimalist aesthetic of the 20 series revealed in March. It has the same squared-off design with a ring flash (now called Aicy Dynamic Ring) on one camera. However, the triple camera now has a black frame as opposed to the body-colored frame in the 20 series.
Speaking of cameras, the main snapper comprises a 200 MP f1/7 wide-angle main camera, a 13 MP f2.4 ultra-wide-angle/macro camera, and a 5 MP f2.4 depth camera. Meanwhile, on the 120 Hz 6.55” 2,340 x 1,080 pixels display with 1920 Hz PWM is a 32 MP f2.4 front-facing camera.
The rear cameras benefit from 8K videoing, OIS, as well as EIS while the front camera is bolstered by a brand new AI portrait “rejuvenation” algorithm.
The new Meizu 21 Series is powered by the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, backed by LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.0 storage.
Other notables include a 0.075s ultrasonic fingerprint sensor (mTouch 2.0), master-grade stereo sound dual speaker, mEngine Ultra flagship touch engine, a 4,800 mAh battery with 80 W wired supercharging, support for QC4+ and PD 3.0 (PPS) fast charging protocols, and brand new Flyme AI intelligence engine.
The device runs on Flyme 10.5 which features Flyme Link that lets the smartphone, automobile, and AR smart glasses work in sync as one.
The new Meizu 21 Series Smartphone is available in China in a choice of 8 + 256, 12 + 256, and 12 + 512 configurations, and for 3,399 yuan [CH] and up.
