When MINISO decided to step into the Bluetooth headphones market, they could’ve kept things simple. But no—they’ve rolled out the G90, a set of headphones so tech-savvy that it has dared to borrow a move straight from JBL’s playbook.
Remember how the JBL Tour Pro 2 impressed the world with its touchscreen on the charging case? Well, the G90 takes it one step further, slapping a touchscreen control panel right onto the headphones themselves. Why fiddle with tiny buttons when you can swipe and tap your way to audio bliss? Did we mention that the touchscreen is removable?
This isn’t just a gimmick, though. The G90’s hybrid active noise canceling is as sharp as its design, silencing everything from jet engines to coffee shop chaos with ease. With aptX Adaptive Sound, it doesn’t just deliver tunes—it fine-tunes them to perfection, whether you’re vibing to bass-heavy tracks or mellowing out to orchestral scores. Oh, one thing to note is that it is not the only headphones rocking a touchscreen control. To this end, I suspect the G90 is nothing more than an OEM product slapped with Miniso branding because I saw at least one other brand selling a similar-looking headset. I could be wrong.
For those not in the know, Miniso is a Chinese retail chain that sells almost anything under the sun. It is the perfect go-to store if you are clueless about what to buy for gifts. Varieties are not the only selling point of this chain; affordability is also its strength.
