If you are super fan of kaiju, or monster in Japanese, you will want to check out the Kaiju’s Eater aka Nightmare Gamera Resin Kit Exclusive Version. For those don’t already know, Gamera is the other famous kaiju to emerge from Japanese silver screen with history dating as far back as 1965.
Anyways, do not confuse the exclusive version with the standard version. The exclusive version is the one you want to go for if you want a cooler look. And by ‘cooler look’ I mean the opened back armor (as opposed to the closed armor plates in the standard version).
As if the opened back armor plates aren’t cool enough, the inside appears to be lighted too. How cool is that? Nightmare Gamera Resin Kit Exclusive Version is, as the product name suggests, a resin kit.
It towers 33 centimeters (13 inches) tall, weighs in at a hefty 3-4 kilograms (6.6-8.8 lbs) and boasts 28 individual parts. It is available as a “garage kit” or for those who prefer to stay away from airbrushing, the pre-painted kit. The former retails for $325 and the latter, $425.
From what we have read, it is only available through Monster Rage’s Facebook page. Monster Rage is currently taking in pre-order, so if you want one, you will have to get in touch with Monster Rage for more information.
But you will want to hurry if really must have it because, Nightmare Gamera Resin Kit Exclusive Version is limited to just 20 pieces. Also included in the price is an art work and a certificate of authenticity.
