with the Nokia Lumia 1520 and 1320, Windows Phone lovers can stop lamenting about the lack of mega-size handsets running on their favorite mobile platform. along with the 2520 Windows Tablet, the duo also made the first, but this time as the first ever larger display Lumia smartphones. the larger 6-inch display allows for a third column of tiles on the home screen, enabling you to see more and naturally, fiddle more. basically, what you will be expecting would be some pretty and super-sized Nokia Lumias, bearing the same pretty aesthetic you have witness thus far.

on the higher end is the Lumia 1520 sporting pretty impressive features like a 6″ Full HD IPS display with “outstanding outdoor readability” (it packs an impressive 368 ppi), a 20MP PureView shooter with optical image stabilization (OIS) for sharp imaging even in complete darkness and dual LED flash, a 2.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, 32GB internal storage, microSD for expandable storage (supports up to 64GB), nano SIM card, USB 2.0 port, Bluetooth 4.0 and WiFi connectivity (supports up to wireless ac), NFC, WiFi Channel Bonding, LTE radio, plus the usual suite of sensors.

the Lumia 1320, on the other hand, is a step down, with a 6″ HD display (1,280 by 720) IPS touch display (245 ppi, if you must really know) and powered by a ‘slightly slower’ processor, a dual-core 1.7GHz Snapdragon S4 with 1GB RAM. key features of the 1320 includes a very modest 8GB onboard storage – expandable with microSD card that supports up to 64GB, micro SIM card, USB 2.0 port, Bluetooth 4.0 and WiFi (up to wireless n), LTE capable, a 3,400 mAh built-in battery for up to 28 days standby and 21 hours of yakking on 3G, and it has, of course, the usual suspect of sensors too. both comes with a free SkyDrive cloud storage of 7GB to supplement the onboard storage and the microSD card.
