The timid investigator is practically a twin of Scoob. I can’t remember a time he isn’t scared shitless with Scoob. Anyhoo, loyal fans will recognize that the playset is inspired by the classic Scooby-Doo series of the 1970s. In addition to Fred, Daphne, Scoob, you will also get a vampire.
The Mystery Mansion, the largest Playmobil set thus far this year, features trap door, dangling chandelier, secret hideouts, hidden doors and a trick staircase to let you play out the wacky investigating team’s adventure.
Further boasting the playability is the Playmobil app that lets you add ghosts and ghouls into the mix by projecting them as a hologram on the ground floor.
There is also a light up coffin that serves to illuminate the include three ghost cards to offer crew clues and at the same time, pumping out creepy and haunted sound effects to, you know, spice up the creepy atmosphere.
