Want to smell “fast”? No. Not that sweaty smell after you made the 100-meter dash chased by dogs. I am talking about a sports car fast kind of smell. OK. Just kidding. You can’t smell ‘fast’. However, there is a new fragrance from a company that makes fast cars, Porsche.
Porsche Design Pure Life Eau de Parfum, as it is called, will not let smell you like are fast or if you own a Porsche but it captures the essence of freedom and independent living – the ideals of the brand. I guess you could say if wear this, you’d wear that ideal (and Porsche).
Created by Marine Ipert, the scent is a blend of fresh, maritime, and sensual notes, housed in a beautifully designed bottle that reflects Porsche Design’s commitment to form and function. The bottle is just as important as the scent, IMHO. It is kind of why some people buy the perfume in the first place. Oh, it’s just me? Never mind.
In addition to the Porsche Design Pure Life Eau de Parfum, which is offered in two sizes, Porsche Design also launched the Porsche Design Pure Life hair and body shampoo, covering your personal grooming needs.
The Porsche Design Pure Life Eau de Parfum was launched last month for €78.00 (about 85 USD) for the 50 ml bottle and €105 (US$114) for the 100 ml bottle. Meanwhile, the hair and body shampoo (200 ml) retails for €27 (US$29).
The new Porsche Design Pure Life Eau de Parfum is available at all Porsche Design stores and on Porsche-design.com. It will also be available at exclusive perfumery specialist retailers and in select Douglas branches starting April 15, 2024.
