Anyone who are looking to give their flat screen TV a boost in the sound department with a lot of style may want to look at the new Porsche Design Soundbar PDB70. Porsche Design may have been known for collab products in recent times, but the PDB70 is not one of them. This means it the perfect gadget for Porsche Design purists.
The Porsche Design Soundbar PDB70 promised to deliver impressive sound from a compact format measuring just 858 mm (33.8 inches) wide, 115 mm (4.5 inches) deep and 78 mm (3.1 inches) tall. I am digging the straight edge design of the brushed aluminum enclosure and mesh front.
Under the hood, four tweeters and two broadband subwoofers are responsible for audio delivery while Bluetooth 5.0 enables wireless music streaming and two HDMI eARC 2.1 offers wired connection to two other devices such as your TV and whatnot.
Other features include Play-Fi multi-room compatibility, Dolby Atmos and Dolby Audio support, support for Alexa and Google Assistant, works with Apple AirPlay 2, and touch control on sound bar.
Each unit comes with a Porsche Design-worthy classic remote control for those who prefer a more traditional control method.
Surprisingly, the Porsche Design Soundbar PDB70 does not cost an arm or a leg. It is selling for €399 or US$399.
