I don’t believe Maguire’s Spider-Man ever appeared in the S.H. Figuarts line. But it finally did after 20 years since the first Spider-Man movie hit the theaters. That alone made the newly revealed S.H. Figuarts Spider-Man Peter 2 Action Figure [JP] a worthy figure to collect.
A Spider-Man figure with Integrated Suit aka Tom Holland’s Spidey aka Peter 1 and the Amazing Spider-Man aka Andrew Garfield aka Peter 3 will also be introduced at a later time. When all three come together, you can recreate the ready fight scene with all three generations of Spider-Man. Sweet.
The S.H. Figuarts Spider-Man Peter 2 Action Figure stands 147 mm (5.8 inches) tall and comes with two head sculpts: a masked head sculpt and an unmasked head sculpt with the likeness to Tobey Maguire’s appearance in the movie No Way Home.
Also included in the package are a removed mask, 5 pairs of interchangeable hands, and three different sizes of web effect parts.
The S.H. Figuarts Spider-Man Peter 2 Action Figure will be open for pre-order in Japan on August 02, for 8,800 yen (roughly US$67).
