Schick Xtreme 3 Eco Glide is the first fully recyclable (that’s razor and packaging, btw) and the only disposable razor in the market that is made with 100% post-consumer plastic (PCR).
Schick efforts to be greener with respect to razor is further bolstered by the brand’s new recycling program called EdgewellRecycle. In this program, Schick razor users can mail in their razors for Schick to recycle for free. On the side not, Schick is not only maker of grooming products that have gone green. Australia’s Ecoy, for example, also makes personal grooming products that reduce our reliance on single-use plastics.
Anyhoo… as far as a razor goes, the Schick Xtreme 3 Eco Glide features a three-blade design that pivots and flexes while shaving, thus allowing for optimal contact with the skin for an extremely close shave and it does so without, god forbids, blood shed, razor burn and irritation – thanks to the comfort strips that deliver aloe and vitamin E.
The razor further boasts a soft economic handle constructed using high-quality post-consumer recycled hangers and it has an easy-to-rinse design to keep blades from clogging.
