if you love shopping at supermarkets and also has the love for chilling on a lounger, American-born Frankfurt-based artist Mike Bouchet has a perfect solution for you: the Shopping Cart Lounger. Mike takes an everyday shopping cart and transformed it into a lounger. as you can see from the image, it still retains the look of the shopping cart that you love, complete with the cart’s wheels still intact. the lawn/sun lounger is part of a final collection which will have several versions (of the lounger), including the original design with a small parasol, one with an armrest, a double seat or love seat, a side table, and one with a speaker attached for iPod connection.

though, refreshingly unique but i guess without cushions, this seat would be terribly uncomfortable to rest on. thankfully, Mike’s creation will be outfitted with outdoor, weatherproof, polyester foam cushion. now, for the bad news: it’s not for sale, at least for now and plus, you can’t go shopping with this cart.
