Your Eye Will Be The Key to Unlock the ZTE Grand S3

They say the eye is the window to the soul, but in the case of the ZTE’s new flagship smartphone, the Grand S3, it is the ID to unlocking it. So yes. You heard that right. Eye-based biometric has come to mobile devices and the Grand S3, which has been on sale since January in China, is the world’s first smartphones to offer such unlocking method. Provided by EyeVerify, the solution known as Eyeprint ID lets you use your eye as the key to your device, but how exactly it accomplish that or the process that entails, is not detailed. Anywho, if for some reason, fingerprint scanning irks you, this could be a good alternative to password-free access to your phone, or in this instance, the Grand S3. But, ZTE is not about to stop at unlocking the device; it has planned to integrated Eyeprint ID with mobile payment and other applications too. Folks, meet ZTE Blade S6, the latest attempt by the Chinese handset maker to tap into the young user base and young-at-heart users, as ZTE was quick to add. But how is ZTE going to win the hearts of the young? By throwing in an eight-core chipset, of course, and in this case, you’re looking at Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 octa-core chipset that packs a 1.5GHz processor. Though it is worthy to note that octa-core does not guarantee performance. Software and other hardware components plays a crucial role too. ZTE’s 2nd-Generation Android Smart Projector Looks Suspiciously Like An Apple Mac mini and iMac Hybrid

We are seeing an age of a multi-function gadgets and the freshly announced ZTE Spro 2 Android Smart Projector is one of the many that we will be seeing in near future. The ZTE Spro 2 Android Smart Projector is, as the product name implies, an Android-powered projector. The first thing you will notice about the Spro 2 is a large 5-inch touchscreen display that takes up around 60 percent of the projector’s top, which is unlike any projector we have seen thus far. No mention of the what the material used for the enclosure, but whatever it is, it sure look suspiciously like an Apple Mac mini and iMac hybrid, don’t you think? it was a year ago, around this time, we were marveled by the 5.7-inch huge Grand Memo from Chinese maker ZTE. fast forward to today, ZTE has up its game, once again, with a follow up, dubbed the ZTE Grand Memo II LTE Smartphone (and with that, it looks like ‘Grand’ is here to stay, eh?). unveiled at the 2014 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, the new Memo II is not only 0.2-inch larger, at 6-inch, it is also thinner at just 7.2mm. its expansive 6-inch HD IPS display consumes some 80% of the front real estate, which means bezel haters will be delighted, now that it has a narrow side bezel and less of the top and bottom fascia.
