In addition to the new smartphones, TCL has also revealed two new tablets at the virtual CES 2021. The tablets, namely, TCL NXTPAPER and TCL TAB 10s are designed to support educational and entertainment needs of today’s remote professionals and students.
They are not prettiest if I can be honest, but like its phones, they are fairly competitively priced. More that in a bit.
The NXTPAPER is worthy of a special mention. It is the first commercially available tablet to utilize TCL’s NXTPAPER display technology which offers paper-like visual experience with no flicker or harmful blue light.
NXTPAPER reuse natural light to result in vivid, full-color reproduction with 25 percent higher contrast over most e-ink tablets while over 65 percent more power efficient than standard LCDs. Well, now I am curious!

The TCL NXTPAPER is expected to be available in Europe, Middle East/Africa, Latin America and Asia Pacific starting in April 2021 for €349 and up (about US$426+).
The TCL TAB 10s tablet will hit the shelves a month earlier in March and available in Europe, North America, East/Africa, China, Latin America and Asia Pacific. It will sell for €199 (around US$243) for the WiFi model and €249 (or about US$304) for the 4G LTE+WiFi model.
