I have no idea what brand this toy gun is, but that doesn’t really matter—it’s cool enough to make us want one, even if it’s not from the granddaddy of foam blasters, NERF. As labeled on the blaster itself, this is a foam dart-firing replica of the SR410 shotgun, which, as you might’ve guessed, is a shotgun revolver.

It looks almost like the real deal—except it’s in a handgun format with no stock. It even has a functional cylinder with chambers for five shotgun rounds. Well, foam shotgun rounds, but still. Like its real-steel counterpart, it features a cylinder release latch, so you can pop it open for loading and clearing rounds, just like a proper gunslinger. It also has a functional hammer for “cocking” the toy run, priming it for firing.
The blaster also comes with a Picatinny rail and a green dot scope with 4x magnification. The scope is removable, and when it is not present, there is a front sight for old-school aiming. As for ammo, it includes 20 tip darts, 20 suction darts, two triple-slot cartridge shells, and 12 single-slot cartridge shells—plenty of firepower for backyard skirmishes or mildly concerning office battles.
It’s the perfect toy for gun enthusiasts looking to mess around when they’re not at the range, those who can’t justify (or afford) the real thing, or just anyone who loves guns but can’t legally own one. Of course, it’s technically a kid’s toy—recommended for ages 8 and up.
If you’re itching to add one to your arsenal, you can snag it on Amazon.com for just US$29.99.
