No self-respecting, true-blue Land Rover enthusiast with the financial muscle to flex should miss this beautifully restored 1974 Land Rover 109 Santana Especial from the garage of sport car maker, Lucra Cars. Originally, a barn find in Spain, this left-hand drive granddaddy of SUV is corrosion-free with no damage and by the virtue of it being used in a rural vineyard estate, you can be sure its condition was already pretty up there when it was found. It was given a full frame-off restoration nevertheless, which saw every part of this rare, four-door diesel-powered beauty being disassembled and restored to its original condition, and the chassis and axles powder-coated for longevity and aesthetic.
Little is known about this gorgeous classic SUV. But being a 1974 model, it had to be the Series III and it should rightly powered by a 2.25L diesel motor, and features synchromesh on all four gears.
