most car enthusiast would love to have a two door sports car, then again practicality precedes our wants. for folks with huge bank account, your pace need not be slowed down by just any four door sedan cos’ there is always the Porsche Panamera Gran Turismo Sport or GTS that caters to your non-selfish needs. as with all Panamera, it has four doors and seat four adults comfortably, and still has all the grunt and look of sporty ride. the all-new Porsche Panamera GTS unveiled recently is blessed with a 4.8-liter naturally aspirated V8 power plant that delivers a wholesome 430 horses (316 kW) and 520 Nm of torque to all its four wheels. this engine is mated to a 7-speed Porsche Doppelkupplungsgetriebe (PDK) transmission that propels this four-door sedan to 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds and on its way to a top speed of 288 km/h. this sports sedan is ladened with technologies such as adaptive air suspension, Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) and superlative braking system. finally, wrapping up the package is four huge 19-inch wheels wrapped in 255/45 and 285/40 rubbers for the front and rear, respectively. the Porsche Panamera GTS is expected to hit the dealers in Febraurary 2012 with a price tag of €116,716 or US$159,119, based on the current going rate. a few more look of the Panamera GTS and a video it in action, courtesy of Porsche AG, after the break.
