I don’t believe they have golf carts in the Flintstones; I recall they rode dinosaurs instead on the golf course. Anyhow, if Fred and Barney were to golf today, they would probably drive their Flintmobile onto the fairway. What you see here is exactly that, a Flintmobile Golf Cart.
Created in 2015, this Flintmobile is based on a golf cart powered by an electric motor, which is juiced by four batteries. It is a replica of the Flintmobile from the television series. It features a fabric canopy and simulated wood construction. Obviously, the rollers are non-functional; they are decorative components, as is the second-row seat. Only the front-row seating is functional.
While it is referred to as the 2015 Flintstones Flintmobile Golf Cart, I don’t believe it can serve as a golf cart. I don’t see any golf bag holders at the rear. I could be wrong. It is probably good for getting around really a big estate.
Anyhow, the 2015 Flintstones Flintmobile Golf Cart went under the hammer at the recent Houston 2024 (April 4-6, 2024) sale by Mecum Auctions and was sold. For how much? I have no idea. Whatever it is, I guess it’s a, erm, yabba-dabba-doo! for the previous owner?
