2020 RagWagon 4 Electric Cargo Bicycle

The global pandemic has shown us what the sky can be if we give it a little breather. If you are encouraged by the prospect less smog, then perhaps it is time switch your short range commute to an electric bicycle, aka pedal assist bicycle.

But not just any eBike. You will want a workhorse like the new 2020 RagWagon 4 Electric Cargo Bike from Seattle-based Rad Power Bikes.

Thanks to the updated universal mounts, RagWagon 4 can be easily configured to fill in your need to ferry your kids around and your grocery shopping trips.

All told, it has an overall payload of 350 lbs (159 kilograms) with the rear rack itself capable of sustaining up to 120 lbs (54 kilograms).

RagWagon 4 offers 5 levels of pedal assist, courtesy of a 750W geared hub motor that offers twice the torque over its predecessor. The motor, together with a 7-speed drivetrain and a removable 48V/672Wh lithium-ion battery affords a top speed of 20 mph (32 km/h) and over 45 miles (72 kilometers) of range.

With a standover height of 23.6” (60 centimeters) that lowers the CG, as well as telescopic seat post and tool-less handlebar adjustment, RadWagon is able to accommodate rider of between 5’ 1” and 6’ 4” (155-193 centimeters).
