2026 Audi Q5 e-hybrid SUV

If your dream SUV is part rocket, part recliner, and part mobile charging hub, Audi has just answered your overly specific prayers. Meet the 2026 Audi Q5 e-hybrid quattro and Sportback e-hybrid quattro—a plug-in SUV duo that promises up to 62 miles (100 km) of silent, emissions-free cruising before the 2.0L TFSI engine kicks in to finish the job with a combined punch of 299 PS (220 kW or 295 hp).

Going from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 6.2 seconds, the Q5 e-hybrid doesn’t mess around. With a top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h), it’s quick enough to outrun your range anxiety—and maybe your neighbors’ EVs, too.

Its 25.9 kWh battery (net 20.7 kWh) now lives in a cleverly stacked configuration for space efficiency, and can be fully juiced in just 2.5 hours on 11 kW AC charging. Need more energy while driving? No problem—the Q5 will casually scoop power back up with regenerative braking, adjustable via paddles like a race car with eco dreams.

Inside, you get a sliding, tilting rear seat bench, USB-C ports that can charge laptops, and an infotainment setup that knows more than your GPS app.

Available in the UK from £56,740 (OTR), deliveries begin in September 2025.
