MSI has brought its full smart EV charging lineup to last week’s CES, covering home, travel, and commercial charging in one ecosystem. The range includes the EV Series AC chargers with up to 14 kW output and support for Type-1, Type-2, and NACS connectors, built for homes, workplaces, and public parking. The upcoming Eco Series steps up to 22 kW three-phase charging, supports renewable energy integration, and launches in Q3 2026 after winning the Taiwan Excellence 2025 award.
For mobility, EZgo delivers portable charging with swappable power cords and support for J1772, Type 2, and NACS via adapter. Commercial sites get the Hyper 80 Dual DC fast charger with 80 kW output, dual CCS connectors, slim design, and OCPP 1.6J support. MSI’s aConnect app and EMS software tie everything together for smart monitoring and energy management. MSI did not suddenly enter the EV charging market; it revealed that it is dabbling in this space back in 2024 at the Taipei Auto Show.
