When you are having a poolside picnic, the last thing you want is a seagull near you. But here’s a Seagull you will want to welcome to your pool. It is the Aiper Seagull Pro, a cordless robotic pool cleaner.
Billed as the future of pool cleaning technology, this latest robotic pool cleaner from Aiper’s flagship Seagull series is powered by the world’s first quad-motor system that affords it powerful, underwater movement through suction and quick exhaust of water.
It can suck in dirt, sand, leaves, hairs, and whatnot on the pool’s floor while being guided by the brand’s signature underwater WavePath Navigation Technology. The latter allows the robot to clean a pool systematically via a unique wave shape (read: zig-zag) much like what most robot mowers are doing.
Aiper said this will increase the cleaning area coverage compared to random cleaning offered by some of its competitors. The Seagull Pro offers three modes of cleaning, namely, floor, wall, and auto, which does both. And yes, it can stick to the wall to scrub the wall of the pool too.
Finally, the Seagull Pro boasts an extended battery life of up to 3 hours that would allow it a deep, efficient underwater clean for up to 3,200 square feet (or about 297 square meters). Goddamn it. What kind of monster has a pool that is more than three times the size of my apartment? Ugh.
Anyways, Seagull Pro was recently showcased at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2023 and it was a CES 2023 Innovation Award Honoree.
Along with Seagull Pro, Aiper also brought with it the entire family, including the Seagull Plus, Seagull SE, and introduced the Elite Pro, in Las Vegas. You may find Aiper at booth #9763 in the North Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center. The Seagull Pro will be available in March for US$899.99.
