Produced by Brooklyn-based traditional ice cream maker Ample Hills Creamery in celebration of the film’s December 18 release, the Limited Edition Star Wars Ice Cream comes in two flavors, aptly named “The Light Side” and “The Dark Side”, for fans to choose.

Actually, you don’t quite need to choose, as according to Ample Hills’ website, this Limited Edition Star Wars Ice Cream is offered in 4-pack set – two pints (or tubs, as some locality likes to call them) of each flavor, which means you can deliberate over whether to gobble the light or dark side by flipping a coin or something of sort, in the comfort of your home.

As far as the flavor is concerned, The Light Side is described as “a bright marshmallow ice cream with homemade crispie clusters, as well as a smattering of handmade cocoa crispies (to represent the dark side still lurking within the light),” while The Dark Side is, “an ultra-dark chocolate ice cream with espresso fudge brownies, cocoa crispies, and white chocolate pearls (to represent the light still hiding in the dark, waiting to burst through).
