Here’s one for Pokémon-loving ladies. Casio Baby-G celebrating its 25 years with a special edition Baby-G watch inspired by Pikachu, the 25th Pokémon in the Pokédex. The Baby-G x Pokémon BGD560PKC-1 Watch isn’t shape like Pikachu. Neither is it in yellow as I myself was half-expecting. It’s in black with details that befits a grown person.

Speaking of details, the watch boasts a black band loop printed with “0:25”, neon polygon-style Pikachu lightning marks and Poké Balls graphics on watch band, 90s feel dial that reference to the original game screen, polygon-style Pikachu when EL backlight is turned on, and finally, pixelated Pikachu’s rear view can be found engraved on the case back. Completing the look is a packaging shaped like a Poké Ball.

Aside from the Pikachu treatment, the Baby-G x Pokémon BGD560PKC-1 Watch features shock resistance, EL backlight with afterglow and selectable duration, world time, 1/100-second stopwatch, countdown timer, 5 daily alarms, hourly time signal, full auto calendar, 12/24 hour format, button operation tone on/off, +/-30 seconds accuracy (per month), and a battery life of up to 3 years.

The Baby-G x Pokémon BGD560PKC-1 Watch will sell for $110 when it becomes available starting next month, November, at select fashion boutiques, gshock.com, Macy’s and G-Shock Soho store.
