Among the many animated Batman, I think Batman: The Animated Series is by far the best. But that’s just my opinion. If you dig this series too, you should look at the Batman: The Animated Series – Batman 1/6 Scale Figure from Mondo. Oh, it’s sold out? Well, fret not my fellow Bat fans because there is now the Batman: The Animated Series – Batman 1/6 Scale Figure – Redux. To call this a redux is a bit unfair because this is more than just a revival.
This Batman returns to impress with Glow-in-the-Dark eyes, a new Batman: The Animated Series-accurate paint application (yes!), and a revised sculpt giving the figure more height. So yeah, it is not quite the same which makes you who already have the previously sold-out figure want this also.
The figure, which stands 12 inches (30.5 cm) tall, further features over 30 points of articulation and is presented with a bunch of accessories, including five interchangeable portraits – including Bruce Wayne’s and H.A.R.D.A.C., nine interchangeable hands, folded cowl, goggles, grapple hook, and more.
The books for the Batman: The Animated Series – Batman 1/6 Scale Figure – Redux are now open. If you want one you can pre-order up to two units per account for US$220 each. It is expected to ship in July 2024.
While you are at it, you may want to know that the Batman: The Animated Series – Harley Quinn 1/6 Scale Figure and Batman: The Animated Series – Joker 1/6 Scale Figure are still available for US$185 and US$225, respectively.
