Aston Martin has just been outdone by its fellow country automaker, Bentley Motors. As you probably have already heard Aston Martin has five fully furnished exclusive Aston Martin homes at 130 William, NY. That’s just two floors of a building that isn’t Aston Martin’s.
Bentley Motors, on the other hand, has partnered with Dezer Development to launch the world’s first Bentley-branded residences in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami, Florida, U.S.A.
The luxury residential tower is designed by world-renowned architectural firm Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with Bentley.
This being Bentley-branded residences, it is naturally built to suit luxury car owners. This means each residence will include an in-unit multi-car garage and a patented car elevator in addition to the many luxury amenities imaginable – including private balcony, pool, sauna, outdoor shower – just to name a few.
The residences will be built with sustainable materials throughout and the design will focus on wellness.
The project, which will have more than 200 luxury apartments spread across the 60+ stories, 749 feet tall building, will be located at Miami’s Sunny Isles Beach coastline, offering uninterrupted views of the ocean and waterways. It will be the tallest residential tower on any US beachfront when completed.
In addition, the project is designed in accordance with the Florida Green Building Council (FLGC) certification and other environmental regulations to protect the local environment and minimize the impact of the development on local wildlife.
