The Neue Klasse BMW iX3 wasn’t exactly short on power, but there’s always someone who wants more. If you are the latter, good news: BMW has obliged with the new iX3 M60 xDrive. Two electric motors deliver 612 hp and 875 Nm (645 lb-ft), wiping out the century sprint in 3.9 seconds before topping out at 240 km/h (149 mph). Its 108.7 kWh battery offers up to 754 km (468 miles) of provisional WLTP range, with 400 kW DC charging. Adaptive M suspension, a rear M Sport differential, and 21-inch wheels come standard, as do racing-inspired yellow lights. Inside, M Sport seats offer massages. Recovering from all that acceleration, perhaps? Orders open in late January 2027, with production following in spring. Price is to be announced [DE].
