While we are on the topic of Bose Ultra Open Earbuds would like to bring your attention to two one-off custom Bose Ultra Open Earbuds. As the American audio equipment company launches the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds, it also collaborated with acclaimed artist and designer Victor Solomon of basketball culture jeweler Literally Balling, Atlanta-based custom jeweler Icebox for two drool-worthy Bose Ultra Open Earbuds that will make you look at the new open ear headphones in a different light.
The collab basically turned the earbuds into fashion pieces that, if you are willing, can be as opulent and/or ostentatious as you want to be. Not going to lie. The first one by Victor Solomon is the unit that had me at hello. Literally Balling Bose Ultra Open Earbuds boast bespoke gold plates inspired by the pebble texture found on basketballs and are further decorated with diamond-set basketball seams.
The pebble textured gold plates are attached to the earbuds’ charging case. These Midas-touched earbuds will be worn by NBA All-Star Tyrese Haliburton at games in his home court in Indianapolis (which I have no idea if it already happened – or maybe it did over the weekend?).
Meanwhile, the earbuds get the same treatment, less the diamonds at the seams. The Icebox custom Bose Ultra Open Earbuds, on the other hand, are a tad subtle. OK. It is not. The Icebox one-of-a-kind Bose Ultra Open Earbuds was a special collab for Colombian artist Maluma. The artist wore the blinged earbuds at the 2024 Grammys.
The charging case is not embellished but the buds are – with 365 VS diamonds and 22 grams of 14K white gold. The set comes with Icebox’s signature carrying case to contain the buds with the charging case.
