Casio G-Shock MSGS500G-1A Wrist Watch

Good news ladies who have been shying away from G-Shock or Baby-G because of its bulk. Casio has just announced a new addition to its “refined lineup” of women’s G-MS timepieces, the MSGS500G-1A.

Lending it the classy look is the slim 10.5 mm thin case and custom detailing that include a flat, rose gold IP metal bezel, pyramid cut index, and octagonal shaped screw lock crown button.

While it may look dressy and all, it is still tough – thanks to the tough finishes that include a durable polyurethane, all-black band. Another awesome feature is the tough solar technology that self-charges the watch as you wear it.

Beyond that, expect the same bunch of G-Shock technology, including water resistance to 100 meters (330 feet), shock resistance (duh!), daily alarm, full auto calendar, and low battery alert. Plus, there’s a date window too.

The Casio MSGS500G-1A will sell for $220 when it becomes available starting March. You can locate it at the usual G-Shock retailers including Macy’s, G-Shock Soho Store, as well as online at gshock.com.
