Chromebook has open up a world of affordable mobile computing and if one is not being choosy, you can get a brand new Chromebook with decent specs for the cheap. Like how cheap, you ask? How about $209 kind of cheap? And $209 is exactly how much the new CTL Chromebook VX11 costs.

Granted, you won’t be enjoying flagship specs, but keep mind that we are talking about a device that runs on Chrome OS and Chrome apps, which shouldn’t take a Hercules to make the chop.
