I am sure you can easily pickup a R/C car with a classic 1965 Ford Mustang GT 350-H shell to satisfy your love for Mustang, but why would anyone made one (R/C car) out of LEGO and LEGO Technic parts? I know why. Because, the person that has magic touch when it comes to LEGO Technic can and the reasons for doing so becomes even more apparent when the resulting LEGO R/C car looks ridiculously detailed like this Custom LEGO R/C Ford Mustang GT 350-H. It is so detailed that, at a glance, you may even mistaken it for an actual scale model. Ladies and gentlemen, that is how good this R/C car of the 1965 muscle car is and I am not even exaggerating one bit.
Created by none other than Sariel, this Custom LEGO R/C Ford Mustang GT 350-H features a remote control drive and steering, realistic double wishbone independent front and live axle rear suspension, a 2-speed manual transmission, a V8 engine block complete with rotating radiator fan, adjustable seats, working steering wheel, working LED head and taillights, some custom chrome LEGO parts, removable body, functional hood, doors and truck, and custom stickers.
Measuring 55 studs long, 23 studs wide and 16 studs tall, this LEGO-lized Ford classic fastback weighs in at 1.769 kilograms (about 3.9 lbs) and it is drive forth by two PF L motors, hooked up to two-speed manually operated transmission, and a PF Servo. The former is also responsible for driving the V8 block, bypassing the gearbox, so it could run on the idea gear just like a real car. Dope!
