Do you know what day was yesterday (February 28, 2024)? Well, it was National Pancake Day (yep, it is a thing). To celebrate this “holiday”, the brand best known for waffles, Eggo aka Eleven’s favorite snack, has introduced a novel vacation experience, the Eggo House of Pancakes in Gatlinburg, TN.
This innovative “pancake house” is designed for families and fans looking for a unique getaway, featuring a stick-of-butter-shaped chimney and breakfast-inspired decor. Highlights include cozy pancake beds, an Eggo Mini Pancake s’mores fire pit, a lavish maple syrup fountain, and a basement game room equipped with a pancake-themed pool table, offering a pancake paradise in the scenic Smoky Mountains.
The house will be listed exclusively on HomeToGo.com, an alternative to Airbnb, for bookings starting February 28, 2024, aligning with spring break to offer a fun-filled vacation option. With the house accommodating up to 8 guests, Eggo ensures a hassle-free stay by stocking the freezer with a variety of Eggo pancakes, aiming to simplify breakfast time for families.
Bookings for four different three-night stays will open on National Pancake Day (February 28) at $0 per night, continuing with weekly openings each Monday at 12 PM EST through March 18. The specific dates available for booking are March 7-10, March 14-17, March 21-24, and March 28-31.
This initiative not only celebrates Eggo pancakes but also aims to alleviate the stress of vacation planning, providing an unforgettable experience for pancake lovers and adventure-seeking families.
