If you are a fan of 80s rock music and plays a guitar, then you definitely will want to check out this electric guitar. What you see here is the Epiphone Nancy Wilson Fanatic Electric Guitar – legendary Heart guitarist’s first Epiphone signature model. Well, it is high time the one half of the Wilson sisters gets her own electric axe.
The guitar was designed by the Heart co-founder and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member, Nancy Wilson. It features a striking yet classic mahogany body with a figured maple veneer top.
The Fanatic design was, btw, conceived way back in the 80s when Gibson and Nancy Wilson collaborated for a guitar. Back then the lead axe shredder of Heart drafted the blueprint that would one day become the Fanatic.
Other highlights include ProBucker pickups with a 5-way pickup selector, rounded C profile mahogany neck with an ebony fingerboard, and master volume and toner controls.
As you can see, the guitar is finished in a beautiful Fireburst Gloss finish. Each guitar will come with a hardshell case. And it is a right-handed model, btw. Not sure if there will ever be a lefties version.
The Epiphone Nancy Wilson Fanatic Electric Guitar can be had for US$529. Last checked, it was sold out, but you can also always check out brick and mortar stores to see if it is still available.
