We are accustomed to skyrocketing property prices, but one that commands $250 million is plain ridiculous, but besides being a chart topper on the most expensive property in stateside, it does come with its perks and when look at those perks, you probably will think it is money well spent, especially if you are petrolhead. For $250 million, this Bel-Air property comes with seven staff members, a helicopter landing pad complete with a helicopter (!) and a car collection with no less than 12 exotic luxury four-wheelers, including the likes of Rolls-Royce Dawn, Ferrari 488, Pagani Huayra, 1936 Mercedes-Benz 540K, Spyker C8, Ariel Atom 3, Bentley Continental GT convertible and Bugatti Veyron, and 10 motorcycles. Also included is a Brooklands Edition 3-wheeler too!
As a bonus, you will also be getting “multiple swimming pools,” a 4-lane bowling alley, a movie theater that seats 35, a fully-equipped gym, an equipped spa and wellness center, bar and lounge area that befits a five-star hotel, richie rich’s requisite art collection around the house, and a game room packed with enough candy to satisfy even the most sweetest tooth. Wait. Why do we feel like this isn’t a residential property and more like a commercial real estate? Anyways, to be honest, architecturally, this property in Bel Air is not quite a building that will knock you off your feet.
Surely, both you and I have seen more impressive examples, but the exotic rides there just makes us (and probably you) want to have it. Having said that, if you will excuse me, I will to go break some piggy banks to see how much I am short off. More images after the break.
