If you are a super fan of the Harry Potter’s universe or the Fantastic Beasts, you already knew this is coming. If so, this is the official trailer to the third Fantastic Beasts flick, Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore, for your eyes. If you don’t already know the third movie is happening in 2022, well, then here’s the official trailer for you, too.
As the movie title suggests, this third installment of the five movies planned revolves around dear old Dumbledore, well, when he was young, of course.
“Professor Albus Dumbledore (Jude Law) knows the powerful Dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald (Mads Mikkelsen) is moving to seize control of the wizarding world. Unable to stop him alone, he entrusts Magizoologist Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) to lead an intrepid team of wizards, witches and one brave Muggle baker on a dangerous mission, where they encounter old and new beasts and clash with Grindelwald’s growing legion of followers. But with the stakes so high, how long can Dumbledore remain on the sidelines?”
Basically, the cast remains the same except that Johnny Depp is no longer Gellert Grindelwald. In Depp’s place is Mads Mikkelsen (Polar, Rouge One: A Star Wars Story, Doctor Strange).
