Calling fans of Astro Boy. Japanese sports fashion brand Onitsuka Tiger is celebrating its 75th anniversary with a collaboration with Astro Boy.
The Onitsuka Tiger x Astro Boy 75th Anniversary Collection, which will launch in mid-January in 12 countries, consists of 43 items, including shirts, tracksuits, skirts, pants, body bags, hats, and two footwear styles: MEXICO 66 SD and DENTIGRE PUFF BOOT.
Prices range from US$338 to 440. Clearly not cheap but god damn it, the collection looks fantastic!
Fans/fashionistas in Paris, France, may want to take note that Onitsuka Tiger will have a pop-up from January 16 to February 14, at Samaritaine Paris Pont-Neuf (address: 77-81 rue de Rivoli 75001 Paris, France).
Over in Downunder, there will be an Onitsuka Tiger Astro Boy Launch Event on January 18, at Onitsuka Tiger, Melbourne Emporium, in Melbourne, Australia.
In its home country, Onitsuka Tiger’s global ASTRO BOY launch event was hosted at an exclusive pop-up store in Japan’s Ginza, which started on December 12, 2024. The Onitsuka Tiger Ginza pop-up will remain open until January 31, 2024.
