Oh, look. Balenciaga is not alone in wanting its style-conscious customers to lug around a wireless speaker. Fendi does too. Where Balenciaga partnered with Danish audio equipment maker, Fendi has partnered with French audiophile company Devialet for a Fendi-branded portable speaker.
The FENDI x Devialet Mania Portable Speakers debuted recently at Fendi Men’s Fall/Winter 2024/25 Fashion Show. It is as the name suggests based on Devialet Mania. This exclusive edition is wrapped in a technical FF fabric both in brown and tobacco with gold and in gray and black with silver.
As expected, Fendi’s involvement is limited to cosmetics and since it is based on an original product, it does not intentionally look like a handbag like Speaker Bag. However, the Mania kind of looked like a round handbag with the FF fabric.
Anyhoo, features, and specs are the same. This means 360° stereo sound and adaptive cross stereo that has a soundstage that morphs into whatever space it’s in.
Also expect features and features like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Spotify Connect, AirPlay 2, IPX4 rating, up to 10 hours of playtime per full charge, and voice assistant.
The FENDI x Devialet Mania Portable Speakers will arrive this summer for a yet-to-be-announced pricing.
