Thrustmaster, the maestro of gaming peripherals, has announced its first officially licensed cockpit for Xbox 360, complete with a built-in steering wheel and pedal set. this official Ferrari licensed cockpit is fully adjustable for both length and height to suit any user size and adapts easily to any seating arrangement (armchair, sofa of whatever). it comes as a single piece setup with steering wheel and pedals integrated together, and has foldable design that allows it to be easily stow away when not in use. other features include metal structure for durability, Ferrari F458 Italia replica steering wheel in 7/10 scale, 16-bit resolution steering, integrated sequential metal paddle shifters, a Manettino dial, textured rubber grips on wheel for comfort, headset connector caters to in-game communication, built-in Xbox Guide button, and Thrustmaster’s exclusive Global Vibration System (G.V.S.) technology that sends vibration throughout the entire system, including the metal pedal set. the Thrustmaster Ferrari Vibration GT Cockpit 458 Italia Edition is slated to hit the stores this October with a MSRP of £279.99 (about US$440). check out a product video after the break.
