it is indeed a rare occurrence that we feature any non-iDevice sound dock and this appropriately named FireDock just happens to one of the ‘renegade’ sound dock that is designed exclusively for Kindle Fire. as with most sound dock, it has the obvious sound reproduction duty via a pair of full range 3-inch front bass ported speaker, as well as charging your Fire when it is docked. other features include a built-in 16 watt class D digital amplifier, top mount panel buttons for basic controls, remote control unit, rotatable mount for landscape or portrait view and an auxiliary input for your non-Kindle Fire devices – which we are guessing, iDevice included. how’s that for a change? the specially designed ‘tri-connector’ connects the USB, audio headset jack, simultaneously so that your Fire gets charged up while your are spinning your tunes away. coming to you this July for $129.99 a pop.
