Nintendo Switch Labo Vehicle Kit

I am sure you remember Nintendo’s cardboard-based gaming peripherals under its Labo series. The new Toy Cons is a Vehicle Kit that will let you drive, fly and even command a submarine like how they should be controlled. The Nintendo Switch Labo Vehicle Kit includes Car, Pedal, Plane, Key, and Submarine. The Car is presented as a steering wheel with various controls. The Pedal is what it says it is. The Plane is an aircraft control stick and the Submarine is a contraption that I don’t really understand. It is a box with dual steering wheel of sort, one on each side of the box. And then there is the key, which is a ‘magical’ accessory enabled by a Joy-Con controller.

With the Joy-Con controller inside the cardboard key, you switch from one type of control to another simply by plucking it out and inserting it into the available Vehicle Kit controllers and transform between the different vehicles available. Like for example, plucking it out of the Car and inserting into the Plane will turn the in-game vehicle into an aircraft. Each Vehicle Kit comes with a copy of a game that will let you “race, battle and explore a mysterious world.” There’s a promo video, which you can after the post, that explains it better. Nintendo Switch Labo Vehicle Kit is the third kit after the Variety Kit and Robot Kit introduced earlier this year.
