Remember the fit-in-the-pocket selfie stick we featured last week? It looks like it is not the most compact selfie stick because the FLIP IT you see here may have just one upped it. FLIP IT by Neumagine touts itself as a 4-in-1 iPhone “selfie case” which you will find a sleek protective case with a built-in selfie stick with removable remote shutter and an integrated kickstand. The selfie stick is extendable up to 22 inches (56 cm) and boasts a shutter button on the handle which can be removed to serve as a remote shutter when you need to place your phone further away for, you know, big group photos, or simply for capturing more of the scenery.
The kickstand comes in handy for the aforementioned situation and it can also be use to prop up the device for watching videos or viewing photos. The remote shutter pairs to your device via Bluetooth technology which is powered by batteries. Though it is not known what type of batteries or if the cells are rechargeable. The most fabulous part is, all this features are packed right into a fairly regular sized case that also protects your device from knocks and bumps, and most importantly, it fits right into most pockets, so there’s no multiple things to bring along.
There’s a catch though. FLIP IT, as you may have noted from its official product name, is only for iPhone (specifically, iPhone 6 and 6s), which means it lacks the flexibility to accommodate other devices as opposed to a regular selfie stick. I guess it is an inevitable trade off and there won’t be a selfie solution and so, FLIP IT Selfie Stick iPhone Case as it stands, is probably selfie lovers’ best bet for now.
