If you are into RC cars, trucks, or any surface RC vehicles—and doing so competitively—then you will want to check out this upcoming pistol-grip transmitter from Chinese transmitter maker Fly Sky. Debuted at Hobby Expo China 2026 (April 17–19, 2026) is the racing transmitter Fly Sky Noble Mix.

The star feature has got to be the self-developed Antelope protocol, which Fly Sky claims delivers signal delay (latency/response speed) up to 10× faster than conventional controllers. It is also said to outperform current high-end controllers by 30% in this aspect. In the performance department, we heard the delay is within milliseconds. In other words, expect it to be super fast.
It is also billed as a dual-protocol transmitter supporting AFHDS 3, allowing it to work with non-Antelope receivers. Oh, right—to take full advantage of the speed, you will need an Antelope-compatible receiver, obviously.
Where the brand’s current NB4 models had a large touchscreen, the Noble Mix has a smaller, non-touch display. It uses a combination of a dial and buttons to accomplish navigation and inputs. The non-touchscreen display is perhaps part of the lightweight design. Anyhoo, the screen can remain neutral, facing up, or tilt toward either side of the controller at an angle. The wheel can also be swiveled to either side, or set at any angle of your choosing, thus making the transmitter ambidextrous.
The internals have also been refined, making the controller more energy efficient—which it needs to be because, as part of the weight-shaving, the power bank, a.k.a. the secondary battery, has been removed, leaving only a thin base plate with a wireless charging function. And yes, it recharges wirelessly. The base plate can be removed, if so desired.
The base plate/wireless charging base is unique to this model. It is not interchangeable with other Noble models. As a matter of fact, the new Noble Mix sits above the NB4 series and is positioned as a racing-grade transmitter.
In addition to doing away with the additional battery, it features a fully aluminum body with carbon fiber accents, and real walnut wood for the pistol grip for a touch of elegance. This not only enable it to be lighter, but also gave the look and feel an upgrade.
We noted a couple of other interesting features. It has a trigger guard to prevent accidentally triggering the accelerator from the front. The guard also serves as an alternate way to place down the controller without the risk of launching your car into nowhere. The trigger is laterally adjustable, too. It also has an SD card slot, letting you save model parameters, settings, et cetera.
No price yet, but it will be more expensive than the current NB4 models. As for availability, it is expected to be launched later this year. Meanwhile, you can check our Fly Sky wide range of controllers that are available now at the brand’s official website [CH].
