Hot Wheels The Cadillac Seville Designed by Gucci

Back in the 80s, Italian fashion house Gucci had lent its name to the Cadillac Seville to result in what was known as Seville by Gucci. As you can imagine, it won’t be easy to find one in good condition today and even if you did, it will probably cost a pretty penny.

Now, here’s a “Seville by Gucci” that you can actually lay your hands on without breaking the bank, or ever worrying about maintenance. It is the Hot Wheels The Cadillac Seville Designed by Gucci.

Mattel and Gucci have teamed to recreate the 1982 Cadillac Seville by Gucci in 1/64th scale. This unique collaboration is part of the Gucci 100 Collection, which celebrates Gucci’s 100 years.

The Hot Wheels The Cadillac Seville Designed by Gucci is the first high fashion collaboration for Hot Wheels and the first official collectible from Gucci.

This 1/64th recreation of the 80s V8-powered, Gucci-touched sedan is outfitted with an all-metal die-cast body and chassis, along with the holy grail of Hot Wheels toy cars, Real Riders tires.

Expect to be greeted with every exquisite detail possible, right down to the iconic GG pattern to the gold piping on the seats. It might be 1/64th scale, but it will be just a showstopper as the 80s automobile.

Rounding up the package is an acrylic display with an authentic Gucci box and slipcover in the brand’s signature green paper.

The Hot Wheels The Cadillac Seville Designed by Gucci will have a limited run of just 5,000 pieces and it will drop on creations.mattel.com on October 18, 2021, 9 AM PT, going for US$120 a pop.
