HTC VIVE has introduced a new VR headset and laptop bundle that would take the science out of PC-VR setup. The company has introduced the HTC VIVE Cosmos Series x AORUS 15G Bundle to get you started with Virtual Reality even if you may be clueless about VR.
The package pre-integrates a VIVE Cosmos Series headset with an GIGABYTE AORUS 15G professional gaming laptop. With this bundle, the laptop is pre-installed with optimized VIVE software, drivers and it further boasts an automatic “VR mode” to enhance performance.
Once the headset is plugged into the AORUS 15G, VR Mode will automatically turned on, optimizing the CPU, GPU, and fan. Moreover, if the laptop is unplugged from the AC power, an AI-assisted VR mode – powered by Microsoft Azure AI – will kick in to optimize the system to provide high performance.
Finally, the HTC VIVE Cosmos Series x AORUS 15G Bundle will come with VIVEPORT Infinity subscription, thus allowing you to get right into it.
As for the laptop, you can expect nothing less than 10th-gen Intel Core i7 H series octacore processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 20 (Max Q), and 15.6-inch screen in a 4.85 pounds (2.2 kg) package.
