do you like strange or unique way of time telling? ok, we know, TokyoFlash might be a little too funky for you (we said that before) and they also lacks the luxury touch. so how about something like the HYT H1 Titanium Watch sounds? if the name does not tickle your senses, how about the fact that it uses liquid to tell time? a capillary flanked by a reservoir at each end, circles the circumference of the hour dial and contains two fluid: an aqueous liquid filled with fluorescein and a transparent viscous liquid. these reservoirs are pumped by two flexible electro-deposited alloy bellows, each in turn is driven by a piston that gives you the time. other features include a 48.8mm titanium case, rubber-clad screw-lock down, metal dome at 06:00, cambered sapphire crystal glass with anti-reflective coating on the inside, screw-down sapphire back, a stitched canvas lined with leather, 65-hour power reserve with indicator at 02:30, small seconds wheel at 09:30, and water resistant to 100 meters. with such a intricate craftsmanship, we wouldn’t want to begin to imagine how much it would cost but one thing for sure, it will not be cheap. on the bright side, you’d be wearing one heck of a time piece and probably the only watch you want to own – once you know how to read the time. hit the jump for some larger views.
